懒人的烹饪😂 You are what you eat :) A very Simple & Healthy Recipe with all the SuperFood ingredients that do you good. And the best part is you can keep the remaining in the fridge for up to 5 days !! So you don’t have to cook everyday, if you’re as lazy as me LOL ________________ Prep : 30 Mins Cook: 25 mins Total : 55 mins Yield : 8 servings ---------------- - 800 to 900 grams Skinless Chicken Breast *cut into thin slices - 1 Big Red Onion (or 2 medium size)  *cut into skinny long pieces - 12 to 14 Medium size Shiitake Mushrooms *sliced up - 1 Garlic Clove *finely minced - 1.5 cups Long Grain Brown Rice - 2 cups of Black Fungus Mushrooms - 1 Big Leek -chopped into 1 X 4 inches - 1 Bunch of Straw Mushroom - 1 Bunch of Coriander * chopped - Red Chilli * cut - 1.5 teaspoon Himalayan Salt - 1 teaspoon black pepper - 2 tablespoons Soya Sauce - 1 tablespoon Sesame oil - 4 tablespoons Chinese Rice Wine - 2 tablespoons Protein Flour (or corn flour) ------------------------ Marinate Chicken with Himalayan Salt, black pepper,Soya Sauce, Sesame Oil, Chinese Rice Wine, Mined Garlic & Protein Flour - leave it for half an hour. Use a big deep pot, place ingredients in this order; Onion at the bottom, then Shiitake Mushrooms, rinsed Brown Rice, Chicken Breast then Black Fungus. Fill boiling water to the same level as black fungus, cook on high heat for 12 mins, then medium heat for 10 mins ( timing depending on pot and stove) When rice is cooked, add on Leeks & straw mushrooms (if you’re not on a diet, you can add on your favourite fish cakes or any other ingredients), cook for 1 to 2 mins. Turn off fire add on Coriander. Serve with cut Red Chilli. VOILA !

My age became an open secret 3 years ago today 🙈 I absolutely appreciate for this journey and having you guys out there along the way. I am too, curious how I will become years to come; will I still have the energy to push as hard in the gym; how long can my joints last really; or will my taste buds have a change for tastier food since our senses lose sensitivity as we age...
